Yahoo Bulk email folder

A relative's emails always go into my Yahoo Bulk email folder rather than into my Yahoo inbox, even thought her email address is in my Contacts. How do I fix that?

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014), OS X Yosemite (10.10.2)
