Q: itunes is constantly showing my computer is not authorised inspite of the fact that i have authorised it several times

itunes is constantly showing my computer is not authorised inspite of the fact that i have authorised it several times & had reinstalled iTunes but to no avail?

iPhone 5, iOS 8.1.3
