change default keyboard at login

Hey everyone,

I would like to change de default keyboard when I start my macbook Air (Yosemite). It was setup with the Belgian keyboard but would like to have it to the US one.

I used the "Show input menu in login window".

I added US keyboard and deleted the Belgian one. But when I restart my mac, US keyboard is gone and it's again the Belgian one on top of the screen.

Any help would be great! Sorry if this question was already asked...

thanks!
