Why can't I get my yahoo email on my iPhone?

I've tried that...they want to charge me 29.00. I don't really want to pay 29.00. I was just wondering if someone had the same issue.
My issue is, I can't get my email from my iPhone only. I've deleted, re-added my account, changed my password and nothing. I can log my husband's account in, and can get it fine, but mine.....nothing
