Q: BOOT CAMP NEEDS USB FAT FORMAT

Hi,

As I need to run windows in my new iMAC. So I ran Boot Camp. Now Boot Camps's asking to format my USB drive to FAT format, notwithstanding the fact that the USB is new and set for OSX v10.5+.

So, does OS offers a format utility to format my new USB? Or any other solution/suggestion?

OS X Uses Disk Utility to manage storage. BCA will format the USB flash drive as necessary and build the Windows Installer on the USB, if supported. This is normal.
