Why am I getting text messages on my ipad & not on my iphone. In message settings there are 4 addresses listed in Send & Receive but the phone number is gray print, the emails are black print
iPhone 6, iOS 8.1.3
On an iPhone the number cannot be unchecked, because you must always be able to receive messages on that number. It being slightly grayed is correct.
Make sure the All the Send and Receive Addresses match on both devices. As they may be sending the iMessage to an address that is not checked or set up on the iPhone, but is on the iPad.
