Need to remove my album from iTunes store?

I've recently uploaded a release for digital distribution, it has been approved & is basically up and running now, but there was a problem with distributing one of the tracks which I've only been told about now, is it possible for you to remove the whole album?

We've cancelled it through the third party site cdbaby, but it says it'll take up to 30 days, but we need it removed asap from iTunes, is there some sort of form that we could submit?

I did ring up Apple support but they weren't very helpful, then they emailed me this;

This didn't help out at all, someone told me that there is some kind of form I can submit? They said that it would freeze my account or something, but that's the risk I'm willing to take.

Can anyone help me at all?

Thank you.
