If you are having an issue with your iPhone not appearing in iTunes, I would suggest that you troubleshoot using the steps in on of these articles depending on what type of computer you are using -


If you don't see your connected device in iTunes for Mac - Apple Support

iPhone, iPad, or iPod not recognized in iTunes for Windows - Apple Support
