i restored my iphone it ask me to put my icloud to unlock it , and when i put my correct icloud account it tell me that cannot unlock my this iphone , I own this iphone and i am sure of dy account

What exactly did the screen that asked for your iCloud account look like? Was it a completely blank field prompting you to put in an Apple ID & password? Was it a prompt that had the first letter of the Apple ID (like 'a•••••@icloud.com')? Did it display your entire email address?
If no device is showing under Find My iPhone when you go to the iCloud website for your Apple ID, then this device is not locked to that Apple ID. It may be a similar Apple ID that uses a similar format. What other email addresses do you use that start with the letter 'p' and end with @hotmail.fr? Try those emails addresses and the associate Apple ID passwords.
The original owner did not follow the proper procedure to turn off Find my iPhone and remove their iCloud account. Contact whoever you got it from. Without the credentials for the account that was used to lock it, it's a brick.

That will simply show the same thing; that it is locked to an Apple ID and it will provide just the first letter and the domain name of the email address. It will not show the complete Apple ID.

No, it will simply,y tell you it is activation locked and needs to be unlocked by the current user.

The AppleiD shown is only 6 letters.

As previously suggested, log into iCloud.com.
Select FindMyiPhone.
Then select All devices. Does your iPhone show up?
Select it and Play a sound.

Have you owned the iPhone from new ( the first owner ) and where did you purchase the iPhone ,exactly.
the first owner had removed his icloud and then i put mine , and when the activation ask me for icloud account it ask me mine but that does not work 😟

The the iPhone you have is not using that AppleID (as I noted above).
my iCloud is correct and tell me it can not account unlock this Iphone
