iCloud storage full message though I have storage plan

Hi,

i have 200gb iCloud storage plan.

due to expiry of Visa due date and late update of the new payment method, I was required to re-purchase the storage plan, but still after doing so I am getting an error message in photos: "iCloud storage is full, 20 photos to upload". I have tried to downgrade and upgrade again, with no success.

Please your help!
