Logged in on another iPhone with my Apple I.D, now we have each other's contacts? How can we fix this?

I Logged into my my Apple I.D on a friends phone so I could get a contact out of I.D, now we have each other's contacts in our phones? How can we fix this problem so we don't have each others contacts anymore?
