I lost my music when I synced, how do I get it back

How do I recover my lost music files that was deleted during syncing?

iPod shuffle, Windows 7

I lost my itunes file when a person tried to fix my computer. I have all of the music on my ipod--Can I import the music on my ipod back into my computer?
