Which Time Capsule model do I have?

I know the serial number and the Month/Year of purchase of our Time Capsule. We purchased it last May, 2014. I want to affirm that it is a the most recent version to confirm it has the highest Wifi speed/range.

I believe it is a ME177LL/A or A1470 2TB.

I know I should not post the serial number but I do have it and wonder if there is a way of checking, via that serial number, if indeed our Time Capsule is an A1470 2TB model.

Finally, thank you for welcoming me to the Apple Support Community. Due to a multitude of medical challenges I've not been able to use these forums as I'd have liked. I am stage 2 Parkinson's caused by TBI and will tell any & every person I meet how Apple products - specifically iPads & iPhones have made a profound difference in my, and my son with Down syndrome's, lives.
