iphone 5s not turing on after a full battery drain.please help :(

please someone help.my iphone is not turning on.its battery was drained to zero and now apple logo appears and then screen turns black 😟

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.1.3

Thanks for the question. If I understand correctly, the iPhone is not turning on. It will start then turn black. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.
