Cannot do in-app purchase

Kindly note that I play Clash of clans a lot , i used to do in-app purchase but suddenly I cannot pay & get what I want .

It always shows me '' Your purcashe could not be completed for assistance contact iTunes support '' .

Kindly may you advice .
