Importing 100 images of differing sizes, would like to start off at 1:1 size

I'm importing 100+ images of various sizes, and FCP by default resizes them to fit the frame. What I'd like to be able to do is import them at 1:1 pixels and resize as needed. Any idea how to change that?

Final Cut Pro X, OS X Yosemite (10.10.2)

PPut the images to edit into the project. Select them all and set spatial conform to none. Unfortunately tthere is no preference for this.
