Cannot Activate iphone with correct ID and Pass

Hello all,


I have successfully recovered and reset my pass from my icloud account, and now I try to activate my iPhone 5S but i cannot, since it displays this account cannot be used to activate iphone etc. This is my only iCloud acc and this is the one used to set up the iPhone

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.1.3

Has this iPhone been previously activated with a different Apple ID? If so, it may not be associated with another Apple ID for 90 days after the first. See this article for reference -


Manage your associated devices in iTunes - Apple Tugi


Specifically -

After you associate a device with your Apple ID, you can't associate that device with another Apple ID for 90 days.
