I bought an album but it has not registered to buying all the songs?

I purchased a whole album by clicking on the buy all under the album cover. The songs downloaded but when I checked, one was missing. It says I have not purchased one of the songs from the album and yet I have the 'Album Only' songs. How is this possible and how to I get the missing song without having to pay for it again?
