hi
i have an iPhone 5s with 32gb. My memory usage is 26.8 gb of 26.8 gb according the phone Leaving 0 memory.
but i only have a few apps on it.
Setting>general>usage states 0 bytes left but the usage is about 12gb. (adding up the usage of photos and all the apps)
is there anybody who knows where my memory gone?
(i deleted 1gb of photos and space left after that was 225mb...??? i am lost)

Then please go to Settings > General > Usage > Manage Storage to see what's taking up the storage capacity of your device.

You will have to back up your iPhone and then erase all contents on the phone.
Settings - General - Reset - Erase All Content and Settings. That is after you have done a back up. Either on iCloud or on iTunes via your computer. Once everything is erase, it goes back to factory reset and then you have to set the phone up from the beginning and when you get to the part of restoring you can either choose to restore from iCloud or iTunes. Once all these steps are done, you will see that your storage is back to normal. You will get your storage back. I hope this helps. Let me know if you need any further assistance.
