For some reason my iTunes menu is settled in another language in my Macbook. Going to System Preferences and Language and Texts didnt worked. Its happening only in my iTunes app. It cant be the location. I dont know why this is. Please help!

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. Based on what you stated, it sounds like iTunes is in the wrong language. The rest of the computer is in the correct language. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.
