i have problem with my payment ,, i got this message ypur payment method information doesn't match your bank's records, and i don't know what's wrong with it ?

Is the name and address that the card is registered to the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you and your iTunes account are ?
