frozen screen
Cannot use the mouse - the screen is frozen - any suggestions besides power off?
iPhone 4, iOS 4.3.3, It is actually IOS 4.3.5
Are you sure there is not a frozen application running? Try Option-Command-esc to see if there is a frozen app. If there is, Force Quit the app and see if that clears it.
If that is not the problem, do a power-button restart.
