Q: My phone has a virus! Apple claims that its product is not a virus! What should I do?

Not quite clear why your think that your phone has a virus.

Your phone might be vulnerable for malware if you jailbreak the phone:

Unauthorized modification of iOS can cause security vulnerabilities, instability, shortened battery life, and other issues

Nothing about what you're showing suggests that your iPhone has a virus.  Unless you modified the iOS of the iPhone, then it cannot get a virus.
