Can an iBook that I just published through iPhoto be then published as an eBook
I have just finished printing a photography book through iPhoto and am wondering if it can be made into an eBook for sale through Apple?

You would need to convert the book into one of the formats accepted by the iBookstore, .epub or .ibooks. For the latter, you would have to recreate the book using the iBooks Author app. For .epub format, if you have your book in ,pdf format already, you could try to use one of the various online conversion services to convert .pdf to .epub.
