ipad 2 keeps losing wifi network

iPad 2 keeps losing wifi network on daily basis. Network reset will get it going again but always drops out. Today it stopped accepting (correct) password - wifi had to be switched on/off & it started up again. Obviously something going wrong here What? Why? Help!
