Over Capacity, but NOT!

I've synced my iPad 2 to my PC iTunes. It's all been going great. However, now iTunes tells me that my device is "Over Capacity by 6.56GB" even though the device itself reports that there is still 12.8GB free.


Anyone got a clue?

Well, here you go...it's fixed now.On the iPad, under Settings / Music, the "Show all music" setting was turned on. I turned it off and now the world is all fixed again. The iPad and iTunes both show the right amounts of free memory, sync and backup are both happy.


I really can't believe it was that simple. Either iTunes or iOS needs a bug fix to deal with this.
