    You posted in the Powerbook forum for Mac laptops made before 2006. If that is the computer model you need evaluated, Apple no longer works on models that old. You will need to find a third-party srvice provider that still works on old Macs.

     

    If try to make a appointment for a newer Appel product, there are a lot of reports here of the on-line booking funciton not working well. I would phone the store to make an appointment.

     

    Also, none of us here work for Apple so can't help make an appointment. We are all end-users like you.
