Cannot validate payment information. Payment info declined

Hello, community!

When I try to download any app, I am asked to validate my card info and provide provide security number, i receive error "Your payment method was declined. Please enter valid payment information" since my credit card was stolen and it's no longer supported by the bank. (screenshot attached)

And without validation I have no option to change it, it's greyed out... what to do?
