The iPhone 5 has a battery replacement program but it does not include the 5S.

Check the label on the container the iPhone came in. Or, look closely at the back of your iPhone.

What info did you find and where, that stated that some iPhone 5S units are included in that program?

Try change font to a smaller size) it worked for me!!!

to change it go to settings > accessibility >larger text > and here you drag the slider to smallest size!!
