My iPhone 5s will not charge, I have tried 2 different charges, cleaned out the charger socket on the phone as people have advised but still will not charged. Still at 10% and won't charge, tried plugging into computer too...help!

Did you already reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again? You will not lose data by resetting.
If you have used the original Apple adapter and USB cable that came with the phone and it still is not charging, get it checked by visiting an Authorized Apple Service Provider or Apple Store next to your place. You can find a list on this page: iPhone - Contact Support - Apple Support
If you’re using a third-party cable or accessory, make sure it’s Apple certified.
