Q: Screens overlay

Hello,

I am facing an issue that I cannot take screenshots of. Basically screens get overlayed on top of each other. For example if I am using a browser and I open up some website then I switch let's say to photoshop and I go full screen (with dark background) I see traces of whatever I was browsing overlayed on top of my photoshop view. Like a very transparent layer. After using photoshop for a while, whatever I was viewing there last becomes the very transparent layer on something else and so on. I tried snapping a screenshot but it didn't reflect the issue at all

Please help or atleast tell me if anybody else is facing this issue.

I am using Macbook Pro Retina - Late 2012 and sometimes I connect it to the Thunderbolt Display (On both screens I still see the issue whether I connect the laptop or not)

MacBook Pro (Retina, Mid 2012), OS X Yosemite (10.10.2)
