Mar 7, 2015 12:13 PM in response to cmdownsby Loner T,BC is short for Bootcamp Drivers. These drivers support Apple-specific hardware on your Mac. They can be found at Boot Camp: System requirements for Microsoft Windows operating systems - Apple Support . Assuming you have a 2014 rMBP - Boot Camp Support Software 5.1.5640 should be installed on your MBP. Do you have a Boot Camp option in Control Panel -> System? If yes, then you can Boot Camp: Install or repair Boot Camp drivers and test the devices?
After you plug-in these devices, do you see any unknown devices (with a yellow triangle and exclamation mark) in Control Panel -> Hardware -> Device Manager? The Apple SuperDrive driver is included in the BC drivers bundle 5.1.5640.

Mar 14, 2015 1:51 PM in response to Loner Tby cmdowns,It is a Logitech. I downloaded the BC drivers and they are on a thumb drive plugged into a USB port on the computer. In Windows the computer does not see the USB drive, the trackball, nor an Apple super drive plugged into a USB port.

If they put electrical outlets closer to things, we wouldn't need extension cords.

Mar 14, 2015 1:57 PM in response to cmdownsby Loner T,If your Windows side can connect to the Apple Servers via Internet (over Wired or Wireless connection), my suggestion is to download Boot Camp Support Software 5.1.5640 on the Windows side directly. Extract the drivers on the Windows side, and run setup.exe in the Bootcamp Folder. If the USB drivers are not correctly installed, the Windows will not be able to see what you have on the USB flash disk.
Please verify the correct package for your specific Mac year/model is downloaded (if BC drivers version 5.1.5640 is incorrect) using Boot Camp: System requirements for Microsoft Windows operating systems - Apple Support before you install.

Mar 14, 2015 1:59 PM in response to Loner Tby cmdowns,The drivers were downloaded from Boot Camp and are on a USB thumb drive. In Windows the computer does not see the drive, nor does it see a USB Apple optical drive (SuperDrive). I do not see the devices in Device Manager.
What is MBP?

Mar 14, 2015 2:08 PM in response to cmdownsby Loner T,MBP = Macbook Pro.
Are you able to connect to the Internet from the Windows side? What year/model is your Mac? If your wired/wireless connections work from Windows, you should try and download drivers directly on the Windows side, rather than using a USB thumb drive.
