Can a husband and wife share an iMatch subscription on two separate devices?
My wife and I share my iTunes Match subscription on both of our iPhones and iPads (4 iOS devices).
All our music is on my main Mac (2010 MacPro) and we share the 15,000 songs currently synced via my iTunes Match subscription.
In order to not cause any problems on iOS devices I would strongly recommend only using the same Apple ID for iTunes & App Store (under your Settings in iOS - iPhone/iPod/iPad). Continue to use separate Apple IDs for everything else on your devices including; iCloud, FaceTime, and iMessage. Otherwise, all your content and data will begin to merge from the other individual's device to yours (and visa versa).
Actually for that, Family sharing isn't necessary. Simply sign in to the ID that Match is set up with on both devices (Settings app > iTunes and Apps Stores for iOS; iTunes on a computer). Leave other settings related to iCloud and AppleID in place for other services.
Yes, provided they use the same Apple ID.

And if they have separate accounts?
You won't be able to share iTunes match. You can only use one Apple id to create an iTunes match account.

Could we synch up under Family Sharing to get both of us under iTunes Match?
