Q: Authorizing a computer long distance

I de-authorized all the computers on my Itunes as there were some we did not have anymore. It seemed that was the only way and could de-authorize the individual ones I wanted. My question is: my son is going to school in another city and wants his authorized again. How do I do that? When he is in Itunes he does not get the option to authorize it, it seems.
