Library showing up on Macbook but not Windows

I'm trying to share music with my Dad and I set everything up. My library shows up on his Macbook but his library is not showing up on my PC. I checked if the systems are running and if it's my connections and all that jazz I've looking at for the past hour yet nothing seems to work. He's even able to take music and other things off of my library, yet his isn't showing up for me.
