Hidden apps or corrupt root certificate
My girlfriend is always accusing me of cheating on her. I think she installed a hidden spy app or some phone tracker app. How do I find and remove it?

RRestore the phone as new, wiping the device and getting rid of the jailbreak required to install such garbage.
break up with your girlfriend and find one who is not a nutcase or try being faithful.
