i tried backup to icloud and it's not working, then i tried back up to 2 differents computers and it's not doing backup.
finally i reset the iphone, and i managed to back up once (with clean iphone), but then i restore from old back up all the contacts and app - and it's not working again.
i think the problem comes from the apps, but i don't know witch one, and i have around 200 of them...

I started to download the app in groups of 5-10, and every time I tried to backup to icloud.till now everything is working fine.
it's probably one of the apps that get stacked.
still working on that.
