Apple TV menu will not respond
Just finished the software upgrade.
Set up configuration using the Apple Configurator...
Config said I was all done... Turned on and all I get is an apple on the screen... No response from the remote.

Thanks for the question. It sounds like your Apple TV is unresponsive. Have you tried resetting it using one of the two methods below?

- Hold down Menu and Down on the Apple Remote for six seconds, and then release when you see the indicator light on the Apple TV blink rapidly.
- Unplug the Apple TV power cord for three seconds, and then plug it back in.
