how can I transfer Numbers files to my PC?

I have files on my MacBook Pro which would be useful to work with if I could transfer them to a PC.

I have them on a thumb drive but they won't load on the PC.

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8)

And is the drive formatted for fat32 or exfat?

User dropbox.com on both machines.
