Connecting display

I have a new 27" Apple Cinema Display with Thunderbolt. It has the split cord with thunderbolt on one side and MagSafe connector on the other side. How do I connect it to a new MacMini?

Howdy bgraphic62,

Since your Mac mini has its own power supply, there is no need (and also no place) to connect the MagSafe power connector to it. Simply connect the Thunderbolt cable between the display and the Mac mini. See this specifications page for reference.
