The volume on my iPad 3 is suddenly very low, and I can't increase it
At full volume, my ipad sound is suddenly very low, although it works fine with earbuds or an external speaker.
iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 8.1.3, Volume works fine using ear buds

Hello DanceLatin,
As I understand it, your built in speaker on the iPad has very low volume but the auxillary jack audio works fine. I would use the troubleshooting for this issue outlined in the following article:
If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker
