My iPod shuffle is fully charged but I can't get the music playing.

I've charged my shuffle (4th gen) until the green light comes on, however when I try to play the music that I've synced onto it, it doesn't play. I got it to a song once, but I'm not sure how I did it. Normally when you press a button a light goes on, but now when I press any button no light comes on.

Hey there Emily4398,

If you have still not been able to play music back on your iPod Shuffle, I would start by resetting it with the steps in this article for your particular version:

Resetting iPod shuffle

Test it out again, and if the issue persists, I would next restore it with iTunes and then sync your music back to it:

Use iTunes to restore your iOS device to factory settings
