Q: storage and payment info

2 questions.

How can I edit my payment information for apps store?

I purchased more memory so my son could download a game. I purchased the game keep getting the message that I don't have enough memory even though storage capacity shows plenty of memory.

You can only purchase additional iCloud Storage, not iPhone Storage.  If you are receiving a message about being out of space when downloading an app or taking photos then your device is just out of space.  Buying more iCloud Space will not help you free up space on your iPhone usually.

To downgrade your iCloud Storage, go to Settings > iCloud > Storage > Change Storage Plan.

To see your space usage on your iPhone, go to Settings > General > Usage.  you will notice the 1st section is for your battery usage, the 2nd section if for the iPhone Storage (this is what is most likely full), and the 3rd section is for iCloud which is where you might have accidentally spent money.

If your iPhone storage (the 2nd space) is full, Manage Storage in that section to decide what to delete.  Many time you can import videos or photos to a computer and delete them from your iPhone, or delete old text messages.  Tapping Manage Storage will give you an idea of where you need to 'trim the fat'.

TO edit your payment information for the App Store, go to Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Tap your Apple ID > View Apple ID > Edit Payment Information.
