iphones 5 & 6 used to print 1 or all web pages flawlessly via airprint using Canon MG3250 printer .Now the iphones print blank sheets. Oddly the iphones wil print
emails windows on laptop will print no problems. Cannon has no more suggestions . Bought new Cannon 4250 today can't believe same problem, surely this must
be an Apple problem ? Any advise thanks

Canon software was uninstalled reinstalled numerous times . Printer reset to factory defaults. My preferred browser is Chrome and I was able to airprint just
the page I was looking at on the iphone. Have tried resetting iphones ,turning on/ff resetting network settings ..Have tried using safari which does print ,however I have no option to select a specific page from a website so if there is 50 pages attached to the page I am looking at, when I hit print It prints them all! Now wondering if it is a Chrome issue any ideas appreciated .

Have you tried printing anything else, such as a photo or email from the phones? If you are able to print that, and print from Safari, then I would say the problem is not with Air Print, but with Chrome. Let me know if there are other issues as I asked regarding AirPrint, or if it is just with Chrome.
Yes I can print photos, emails even web pages but not specific pages as I used to be able to do. Tried using Firefox browser same as Chrome just prints a blank sheet ,still unsure that it is not an airprint problem .Think I will contact Chrome and see if they can come up with some answers
If you are able to print all of the things that AirPrint supports, which are the native iOS apps, including photos, emails, etc., then I'm thinking this has to do with some compatibility issue with Chrome. It may be that something within the Canon software or Chrome is causing the issue. The phone and AirPrint seem to be communicating with the phone, since it is supporting printing with Apple apps.
According to the Canon factsheet it states -
Range: The page range can be used only with specific apps and file types (such as PDF files)

Thanks for that ,and I have read that link guide ,however in Chrome on an iphone I could print a web page I was looking at or select a page range . This problem was sent to Canon tech department and although after various tests they could not fault the printer they did not dispute that what I wanted to do was not possible which is why I am looking at airprint
What troubleshooting have you tried? You do not indicate anything, but don't want to tell you things you have already tried.
