DVD 2 PSP?

I have just purchased a 2GB memory stick for my PSP and would like to install software on my Mac that will allow me to directly import movies from my DVD collection to allow playback via PSP memory stick. Does such all in one software exist out there for Mac? Is this straight forward to do?

17" iMac 1.9GHz PowerPC G5 (iSight), 20GB U2 iPod, Cannon IP5200R, Mac OS X (10.4.8)
