You are limited to 5 authorized computers. As you have 2 authorized you have a way to go. But, as already said, you can deauthorize all of your computers, then authorize just the ones you use if you ever reach the limit.

It doesn't say anything about whether your phone is new or used. You can check that here: https://selfsolve.apple.com/agreementWarrantyDynamic.do
If the warranty end date is a year from the date you bought the phone it is new.
