iCloud Email Account Hacked - How do I delete or change password to the @icloud.com account and not apple id?

IT seems that my iCloud email account was hacked into. The @icloud.com or @me.com email accounts aren't used - I actually wasn't even aware that I could receive emails on them until I started receiving verifications for signing up for accounts such as TextMe and video chatting sites. My apple ID is not related to these email accounts, but I still want to make sure that whoever hacked into them doesn't have access to my apple ID account.

I also want to see if I can just delete these emails since they're not used or change all access somehow.

Note: While it is always prudent to be cautious and change passwords if you have any concerns about the security of your accounts, you should be aware that someone may have simply entered your email address (for whatever reason) when applying for these services. In that case, you would receive these notification emails, even if they did not have access to your iCloud account.
