Using Quicktime 7 PRO,I am trying to add background music from my itunes music file to a Go Pro video. Following directions from the Quicktime manual, The (copy-select all-add to movie) procedure just does not work. What am I doing wrong? Did I just blow $31.00 on a useless program? Can I get my money back? Apple software "conditions of sale" just does not exist!

Open the audio file, select all and copy. This assumes the length of the audio track matches that of the video.
Switch to the video track and select all and then paste.
Save As with a new file name.
No, Did not work as a soundtrack. Music was added to the file but not with the video, The music was inserted in between the video segment. I wanted to add music as background to the movie.
You have to make a selection in the video track or your paste with not become a background audio.
Follow the steps I posed above.
