My iPhone was syned by an unauthorized person, how do I "unsync" their iPad from my iPhone

My iPhone 5 has been synced by an unauthorized person, how do I remove the sync? I've changed my password, closed every option under the iCloud, yet I feel they still have access to some of my information such as messages and texts. I need to remedy this problem, ASAP
