Q: Getting Windows running on Minimac

So I've loaded Windows 7 one of my MiniMac hard drive's.

How can I get my perephials to work (external DVD drive, internet connection, etc...

Mac mini, OS X Mavericks (10.9)

A:

Using the first link, create a USB2 which contains the drivers appropriate for your Mini. Switch to Windows - Boot Camp: Set the default operating system. Once Windows is up and the USB2 devices show up in My Computer/File Explorer, run setup.exe from the Bootcamp folder and install/repair the drivers.

Download drivers appropriate for your mac model/year from Boot Camp: System requirements for Microsoft Windows operating systems - Apple Support and
Boot Camp: Install or repair Boot Camp drivers.

Does this apply even if I am not using Boot Camp?

Since its a MiniMac Server, it has two separate 1Tb hard drives, so I elected just to load Windows 7 on its own hard drive, so I can just chose what drive I want to boot up, the Win 7 drive or the OS X drive.
